Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds for refurbished products are subject to certain conditions:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • A one-year manufacturer defects warranty backs the product.
  • The product must be in its original condition, with all accessories included. If returned without accessories the following will be invoiced.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.
  • Refunds only apply to manufacturing defects or issues not disclosed during the sale.
  • Please note that the warranty does not cover devices that are physically damaged.

  2. Provide details of the issue along with proof of purchase.
  • Our team will assess the request and provide instructions for return, if applicable.

Refund Options

  • Full refund: If the product is found to have a manufacturing defect or significant undisclosed issue.
  • Partial refund: If the product is returned with minor problems that do not affect its functionality.
  • Store credit: In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative to a cash refund.


Please note that the following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or accidents.
  • Changes in personal preference or buyer's remorse. Buyer’s remorse also includes products that don’t have the capability to update to the newest OS.
  • Products sold as "final sale" or with a clearly stated non-refundable policy.

Return Shipping

A free return shipping label will be provided if the device is returned within the first 30 days. After 30 days the return shipping label must be paid by the customer.
